Comparativa is a Mazhab and Law Comparison journal managed by the Comparison School of Law Department, Faculty of Sharia, State Islamic University (UIN) Datokarama Palu. This Scientific Journal can be accessed openly (Open access) as an effort to disseminate research content by adhering to the principle that by making research freely available to the public, it will support the global exchange of knowledge in the study of Islamic Law and Comparison School of Law.

Provision of open access means that all content is freely available at no cost to users or their institutions. Users are permitted to read, download or quote articles, or use them for lawful purposes. We invite scholars, researchers, lecturers, and practitioners to contributing by publishing their research articles on Comparativa: Journal of Mazhab and Law Comparison.
